Training
Individual training
One of our dedicated training staff will guide you through the processes you want to learn and answer your questions on a one-to-one basis.
This type of training can be done remotely or in person at the college.
Classroom style training
Users are shown how the software works and how to perform common tasks, with users performing the tasks themselves in a classroom setting. Each user has a computer on which to practice. Using this method, larger numbers of users can be accommodated together.
Workshops
End-user training is more effective and memorable if it is tailored to the specific way your College uses the software. We use realistic data to create a training course specific for your users. Having discussed the College specific requirement prior to writing the course, training would cover:
- Overview of the day-to-day use of the software
- Specific Tasks the user will complete with the software
- Common problems users may encounter
- Q & A throughout training
